Your tier is your last 30 days — the monthly value of everything you referred or closed in that window, added up. It is a rolling window, not a calendar month, so nothing resets on the 1st and a deal counts for a full 30 days from the day it closes. Keep selling and you hold the tier; go quiet for a month and it drops back, on new deals and renewals alike.
