Does asking for a change use up one of my active requests?

Yes, and it is deliberate. A piece holds its slot from the moment you send it to us until you sign it off. That includes the time it sits with you for review, and any rework you ask for. Rework is real work on our side, so pretending the slot was free would mean selling capacity we do not have, and you would feel it as everything slowing down. The counterpart is that rework never costs extra and is never rationed: revisions are unlimited, and the turnaround band on your plan covers the rework too, not just the first version.

How fast is turnaround?

Anything from 1 to 4 working days, depending on what you send us and how involved it is. Every plan sets that out as a band per type of work rather than one flat number, so you know before you buy: everyday pieces like a social post, an ad variant or a small fix come back inside a working day, and the larger pieces a plan accepts — illustration and motion, UI screens, a campaign build, a design system — each carry their own stated band. The slowest band on your plan is its ceiling: nothing should take longer than that, and your workspace shows every request against its target so you can see what is on track without asking.

Is there a minimum term?

No long commitment — GROW runs month to month. The only minimum is the cycle you have paid for: cancel whenever you like and it takes effect from the end of your current billing cycle.

Who works on my account?

A named PM plus a matched team. You brief, review and sign off in your workspace. That is where the queue, the files and the turnaround clock live, so nothing depends on chasing a thread.

Can I run more than one plan at once?

Yes, as many as you like. Design, Dev and Social are separate subscriptions, so you can hold a Social plan for marketing and a Dev plan for the site at the same time, and each keeps its own active-request slots. You can also combine a subscription with a one-off LAUNCH package. There is no limit and no bundling rule: you pay for each plan you hold and can drop any of them independently.

Can I switch tracks or plans?

Yes. Move between Design, Dev and Social tracks or tiers as your needs change, or hold several at once.
